Curb Appeal

I love to drive around neighbourhoods and look at houses – and imagine what they are like inside.  Now don’t get me wrong – I am not stalking (is that the right word?) neighbourhoods – I just think that the way a house looks from the street is the introduction of the story of that house – that home – what happens inside – the story of a life or many lives – and sometimes the look of a home can tell a story in itself  – and our imaginations can dream about what that story might be!

It is called curb appeal – and this house has tremendous curb appeal!

The pink tulips are in full bloom – and what a picture they paint!  There is something beautiful about the monochromatic look and appeal of this landscape.  My mother would have loved this – she was a fan of pink, and I have to say I love it too – especially the deep rose shades of pink.

I found these pictures on the blog “Pretty Pink Tulips” – not surprising right?  You can find the link on the side bar of this blog site.

Elizabeth at Pretty Pink Tulips – you have a beautiful home!

Agreed! So much fun!!! By the way – my story is similar to yours – I always wanted to be an Interior Designer – but at the time I was heading to University – there was no such degree and I was raised to get the BA – so put this on hold – and went another direction – and now – it is a much different story. Do I have regrets? Yes and no – yes only because I love it – no – because I believe that nothing just happens – we are on a journey and every decision we makes takes us on a journey that creates a future that is just as it should be – where will my future be? We will see!! Thank you again for your amazing blog!!
